Caladiums Caladium species

Caladiums, also known as ‘Elephant Ear’, ‘Heart of Jesus’ and ‘Angel Wings’, are indigenous to Brazil and are primarily grown as ornamental plants. They are approximately 16-35″ tall with large, broad, colourful leaves ranging from 6-18″ long. Caladium colours include: red, pink, green, white and variegated. The different varieties of this species offer great variance among the five colours. Caladiums are available in 6″ pots from February through June.
